Ghosts or Speaking to the Dead

The Gallup Poll in 2005 stated that 32% of Americans believed in spirits of dead people returning and 21% of Americans believe in mentally communicating with someone who has died. Raymond Moody reports that two-thirds of widows experience a visit from their spouse within one year of his death (Moody, Lecture Series, 2003).  At this time, there are no statistics for heterosexual males whose wives die before them.
